Administrative Assistant

Trinity Annual Conference (TRAC) is one of the three Annual Conferences making up The Methodist Church in Singapore.  It is a connection of 21 churches with about 27,000 members.  TRAC overseas various programme boards for discipleship, social concerns, evangelism, missions, worship, children, youth and seniors’ ministries as well as the administrative boards for finance and ministry.
TRAC is looking for a suitable experienced candidate to join the team in the position of Administrative Assistant.

Job Scope

  • Assistant to TRAC President’s PA
  • Admin Support to TRAC Conference Secretary and assigned Boards

Requirements:

  • Min ‘A’ level or Diploma qualification
  • At least 2-3 yrs working experience
  • Have strong clerical skills to include: Proficiency in the Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Able to Multi-task, be flexible in job routine
  • Pleasant disposition, positive attitude and able to work as a team in a collaborative environment and exercise strict discretion and confidentiality
